Apparently, the Province of New Brunswick has honoured its Charter For Change commitment, and just made it easier for long-term hunters to luck out on the annual moose draw.

I hear there's some good meat in the back woods at Fourth Chute. Any change you pulled any rabbits out of the woods this winter?
Screw the rabbits, wild Turkeys have taken over the Chute. Where's Les Nessman when you need him?
